Cardio training is not enough

Yes, you read that correctly. On its own, cardio training is just not sufficient.

Want to look good naked? Cardio training on its own won’t get you there.

You just have to look at the range of equipment in a gym to see how popular cardio training is. Whether its treadmills, stationary bikes, elliptical trainers, or other machines, they always seem to line up row after row. And they’re always being used.

Are you one of those people who religiously goes to gym every day? Do you find yourself spending all your time on cardio training? My guess is that you’re not seeing the results that you deserve. Why? Because just doing cardio alone day in and day out is not going to get you closer to looking good naked. But don’t beat yourself up about it. It’s not your fault. Many, many people fall into this trap. And it’s understandable because time and time again we’re misled into believing that if you want to burn fat then you have to focus on cardio training. Not so.
