  • Alternate alcoholic drinks with glasses of water. Remember that alcoholic drinks are liquid calories and the more you drink the more you tend to eat.

Remember, as with anything else, it all comes down to your mindset. With the right attitude you can beat the bulge and enter 2016 looking lean, toned and sexy. And who doesn’t want to start a year looking good naked?!
